1.2. Delivery Location: Delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only. For apartment or multi-storey buildings, delivery will be made to the ground floor reception area.

2.1. Carrier Selection: We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. The carrier may vary depending on the product type, size, weight, and destination.

2.2. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a link to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1. Geographic Limitations: Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

4.2. P.O. Box Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery during checkout.

5.2. Delivery Attempts: The carrier will attempt delivery to the provided address. If no one is available, they may leave a notification or arrange an alternative delivery.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

6.2. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate requests only if the order has not yet shipped. Orders in transit cannot be canceled.
